2. Ordering and Payment
- All orders must be placed through our official website.
- Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal, etc.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- International orders may be subject to VAT and customs duties, payable by the buyer.
3. Shipping and Delivery
- We offer domestic and international shipping.
- International shipping includes additional delivery charges and VAT.
- We do not currently ship to Peru, or Chile unless extra charges are agreed upon.
- Customers must provide an accurate shipping address.
4. Refund Products
- Products must be returned in new, unused condition. Standard products are eligible for return within 30 days, while specific products require returns within 10 days.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- A return label will be emailed (usable for multiple items), and a $9.99 fee is deducted from the refund.
- Refunds are processed within 3-7 business days upon receipt of the return, with credits applied to the original payment method.
- If returned items are not in new condition, a 15% restocking fee may apply, or the return may be refused. Defective items will be replaced at no additional cost.
